Andreina Ron Pedrique (b.1982)
Andreina Ron Pedrique is a Venezuelan-born visual artist who has made Miami, Florida, her home. Known for her vibrant, large-scale paintings, Andreina's work explores spontaneity and emotion. Her artistic process is deeply intuitive, allowing her feelings to guide each brushstroke, resulting in pieces that are both dynamic and deeply personal. Andreina received a Bachelor’s degree in art and design from The Design Institute of Caracas (IDC), alongside additional intensive painting courses at the Museum of Fine Arts in Caracas, Venezuela.
Inspired by the ocean's fluidity and the transformative nature of water, Andreina's work reflects her love for the flow and continuous evolution that water embodies, making it a central element in her process. Andreina is fascinated by themes such as light and darkness, reflecting on the dualities within humanity. This exploration is vividly expressed in her paintings, which many collectors perceive as profound and spiritual. Her pieces often evoke a sense of introspection, encouraging viewers to connect with the deeper aspects of their own human experience.
